Blanchard & Richardson Family Dentistry Blanchard & Richardson Family Dentistry is a thriving, well-established PPO practice in Littleton, Colorado, seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a productive schedule with a loyal patient base, strong hygiene support, and an experienced administrative team. Located just south of Denver, Littleton offers the perfect blend of outdoor recreation, vibrant city amenities, and a strong sense of community.

SCHEDULE

Tuesday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnose and provide comprehensive dental treatment Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures Build strong patient relationships through exceptional care Collaborate with hygiene and clinical team members Maintain accurate clinical documentation Adhere to all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Colorado dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in comprehensive general dentistry
• Implant and/or endodontic experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Seeking a long-term opportunity with growth potential

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

First 6 Months ~$1,000–$1,200 daily guarantee (based on experience) or 30% of collections, whichever is greater

After 6 Months
~30% of collections with no cap
