$90,000

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy program.

Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Michigan.

Responsibilities

Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs.

Creating personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving patient goals.

Directly providing hands‑on treatment according to the established plan.

Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.

Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Skills

All relevant orthopedic certifications considered.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Previous experience in outpatient settings is a plus.

Ideal candidate may have one or more of the following: OCS, OMPT, FAAOMPT, SCS, CSCS, DN-1, DN-2, CLT, ATC-L
