CNC Lathe Setup Machinist | Weekly Pay | $28$35/hr

What You Will Do

Perform complete setups and run CNC Hyper Quadrex turning centers

Produce high-precision parts while holding tight tolerances

Work directly with the Lathe Manager and Engineering to:

Troubleshoot programs

Improve processes

Solve machining issues

Monitor tool wear and maintain consistent quality throughout runs

Make program edits and adjust Fanuc controls as needed

Keep accurate setup and production documentation

What You Bring

Strong experience with CNC lathe setup and operation

Ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments at the machine

Experience working in precision environments

Familiarity with Hyper Quadrex machines is a plus

Experience with Nakamura, Miyano, or similar equipment is helpful

Background supporting industries like aerospace, medical, military, or data storage is a bonus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fridley, MN.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
