Dental Hygienist - Fulltime

We are a friendly, privately owned dental practice seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. Our philosophy is simple: treat every patient like family, provide excellent clinical care, and create an environment where both patients and staff are comfortable. We' believe in providing the high-quality care our patients need. We don't rush patients through appointments, and we don't expect our hygienists to sell treatment or meet production quotas. No Fridays/Weekends

• Provide thorough dental hygiene care including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive services like fluoride

Take digital dental X-Rays and perform oral health assessments

Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventive treatment

Document clinical findings accurately and maintain organized patient charts

Use Open Dental software for charting and scheduling

Follow all infection control, sterilization, and safety procedures

Deliver gentle, high-quality care and build strong patient relationships

Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Michigan

Experience is always a plus, but we will consider new hygiene graduates with excellent references
