The Recruiter is instrumental in finding and attracting top talent while advancing a professional and productive workplace culture.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Knowledgeable in recruiting talented individuals for the company’s positions.

Knowledge of HR practices.

Skilled in sourcing and identifying talent then recruiting them to the company.

Skilled in the use of HR software and systems for HR management.

Problem solving and mediation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Able to build relationships and develop strategies to recruit as well as work with outside recruiter to acquire talent.

Able to create and maintain a collaborative team environment; to build relationships and effectively work with all levels of employees in a confidential manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Sourcing & Screening: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including writing compelling job descriptions, posting openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.), sourcing passive candidates, and screening resumes and applications.

Interview & Selection: Conduct initial phone/video interviews, coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, and advise managers on effective interviewing techniques.

Candidate Management: Administer pre-employment assessments, perform reference and background checks, prepare and extend job offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process.

Employer Branding: Represent the company at job fairs, host recruitment events, and implement initiatives to enhance the employer brand

Recruitment and Hiring: R ecruitment and hiring process, from identifying suitable candidates to conducting interviews and assisting with hiring decisions.

EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years in recruitment, preferably in Engineering or Construction

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business related field
