We are currently hiring Technical Recruiters to join our growing teams within a Split Desk Model . This is a performance-driven opportunity for individuals who are motivated by building relationships, creating opportunities, and directly contributing to revenue growth.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying top technical talent, developing consultant relationships, partnering with Account Managers, and successfully placing highly skilled professionals with our clients.
Creatively source and recruit senior-level consultants and contractors through referrals, networking, prospecting, and cold outreach
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client hiring needs
Utilize CRM systems, LinkedIn, and recruiting tools to track activity, gather market intelligence, and manage candidate pipelines
Partner closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and deliver staffing solutions efficiently
Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
0-3+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or a related field
Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone and through relationship-building conversations
Ability to create opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship development
Experience sourcing technical professionals, consultants, or contractors
Familiarity with staffing, recruiting, sales, or business development environments
Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms, or sourcing tools
Hourly rate paid weekly
Uncapped commission paid weekly
