RESPIRATORY THERAPY- CRT- NIGHTS

Provide specialized respiratory care to patients in a hospital setting, utilizing advanced techniques and equipment to support respiratory function and patient recovery. Collaborate with medical teams to ensure optimal treatment outcomes and compliance with clinical standards.

Administer and monitor ventilator therapy, CPAP, and other respiratory treatments per physician orders.

Conduct diagnostic procedures, including ABGs, pulmonary function tests, and cardiopulmonary exercise testing.

Operate and troubleshoot advanced equipment such as Drager vents, Phillips V60, and Hiflo systems.

Document patient assessments and treatments accurately in the electronic medical record system.

Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and post-discharge care protocols.

AS degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice.

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital environment.

Strong knowledge of advanced respiratory equipment and procedures.

Ability to work night shifts, including some weekends, with flexible scheduling.
