Engineering Recruiter (Remote Position)

As an Engineering Recruiter at Candid Health, you’ll serve as a strategic partner and advisor to Hiring Managers. You’ll collaborate closely with them to understand their talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract top talent for technical roles. In addition, you’ll work on strategic recruiting projects aimed at optimizing our hiring processes and to help build a best-in class recruiting team.What You’ll Be DoingLead full cycle recruiting for both IC and Leadership engineering positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.Who You Are4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume environment.Demonstrated success in building pipelines and developing top of funnel strategy.Experienced in working with common recruiting tools and systems such as Ashby, and are able to leverage them to increase your productivityYou understand and use metrics to inform your hiring tactics and strategies and help hiring managers to do the same.We believe the best work happens when we are in the same room and our ideal weekly schedule is 4 days working from one of our offices (San Francisco, New York, or Denver) and 1 day working remotely.The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Candid Health’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package.
