CNC Programmers - Manufacturing

We are working with a client company near Springfield, IL seeking several CNC Machinists for day, night and weekend shifts. 3-10+ years of CNC machining experience (mills, lathes, or multi-axis depending on shop)
- Comfortable with setup and operation, not just button-pushing
- Experience making offsets and basic program edits (Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of tooling selection and cutting parameters Experience with first article inspections and in-process quality checks
Understanding of feeds & speeds, materials (steel, aluminum, stainless)
Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement exposure (nice to have)
Production Environment Traits
High attention to detail and quality mindset
Comfortable in a fast-paced job shop or medium-volume production environment
Bonus Experience (Often Valuable)
CAD/CAM exposure (Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.)
