Pay & Benefits

Hourly pay rate: $59.18/hour

What You'll Do

Provide expert care for cardiac ICU patients in a fast-paced environment
Monitor and operate critical care equipment including Vents, Swan-Ganz catheters, PA lines, and Balloon Pumps
Administer conscious sedation and start IV access
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient progress and interventions accurately in EPIC
Float within units as needed, providing flexible support across hospital departments
Ensure compliance with all safety and care standards, including ACLS and BLS protocols
What You Need

Valid Ohio RN license and current certifications (BLS/ACLS)
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience, with preference for Cardiac ICU background
Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, ventilators, Swan-Ganz, and EPIC systems
Previous travel nursing experience preferred
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
