Experience: 2+ years of Cardiac ICU experience preferred
Pay & Benefits:
Pay rate: $59.18/hour

What You'll Do:
Provide critical care for cardiac ICU patients, including ventilated and post-op cardiac surgery patients
Monitor patient hemodynamics and administer medications and treatments such as IV starts, tele, vents, balloon pumps, Swan-Ganz lines, and conscious sedation
Perform patient assessments and respond to changes in condition
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Maintain accurate documentation within Epic Electronic Medical Records
Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and best practices
What You Need:
Valid RN license in Ohio or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience
Proficiency with IV starts, telemetry, vents, Swan-Ganz catheters, and Epic EMR
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Previous travel nursing experience preferred
