Connect with prospective customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.

Provide and explain auto, home, renters, and other insurance quotes in a clear and professional manner.

Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and meet monthly production goals.

Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and consistent follow-up.

Process new business applications and assist with policy changes and endorsements.

Maintain accurate customer information and activity notes in agency systems.

Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate.

Work closely with the agency team to achieve individual and overall agency sales goals.

For motivated candidates interested in building a long‑term career in insurance, we will provide guidance and support to help you obtain your license.

Previous sales experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus.

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, and closing sales.

Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software.

Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
