An established and growing Savannah restaurant group is seeking an experienced Senior Line Cook to join our culinary team.
For the right person, this position can provide a path toward Lead Line Cook, Sous Chef, and future kitchen leadership opportunities within our restaurant group.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
2+ years of experience in a quality full-service restaurant kitchen
- Strong knife skills and culinary fundamentals
- Excellent sanitation and food-safety habits
- A team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Maintain quality and consistency throughout service
Properly receive, label, rotate, store, and handle food
Assist with daily prep and production
Communicate shortages, quality concerns, and prep needs to kitchen leadership
Follow all food-safety and sanitation standards
Contribute positively to the culture and performance of the kitchen
What Makes This Position Different We're looking for cooks who want more than another line-cook job.
Our restaurant group operates multiple concepts in Savannah and is continuing to grow. If your goal is eventually becoming a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Executive Chef , we want to provide an environment where you can continue developing the culinary, leadership, and operational skills necessary to get there.
You'll work alongside experienced chefs in a scratch-kitchen environment where quality, consistency, organization, and professional development matter.
We expect high standards, but we also believe great kitchens are built through teaching, communication, accountability, and teamwork — not ego.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly compensation based on experience
