Human Resources Generalist, Payroll and Recruitment

- Handles new hire paperwork and onboarding processes
- Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks.
- Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HR IS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
- Preforms HR IS data entry and personnel file maintenance.
- Coordinates and performs all administrative duties relating to Workday Pre employment paperwork (drug testing, background checks) etc
- Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions.
- Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
- Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
- Advise on provisions to minimize safety risks
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the director of HR .
- Assists the manager with HR Projects.
4+ years of stable HR Coordinator's experience who are comfortable staying in an HR Coordinator role for a while.
This would be a temp to hire opportunity .
