Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—in accordance with established protocols.
Interpret results meticulously, identify issues, and carry out preventative maintenance on laboratory instruments.
Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing when needed.
Accurately document all procedures, mentor newcomers, and ensure the maintenance of lab quality standards.
Commit to a safe and clean work environment while adhering to legal and accreditation guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health qualification with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification from ASCP or AMT in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of joining.
