Manages with responsibility for results - projects in the context of manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:

Leads the project within the defined requirements (e.g. cost, time, functionality).
Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating if necessary.
Ensures the right staffing and allocation of resources to various phases of Manufacturing projects.
Contributes to and reviews the project proposal or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project.
Designs and develops technical specifications, and timeline, milestones and budget needed in the project.
Coordinates resources and monitors and reports progress and milestones regularly to all stakeholders.
Negotiates and contributes to negotiations with suppliers and vendors.
Responsible for meeting all project milestones and technical objectives.
Monitors the budget adherence and takes actions to minimize non-conformance costs.
Checks projects results, designs respective test procedures and monitors test results.
Ensures proper documentation of project results, and of all products or technologies delivered.
Adheres to PM standards defined and manages and coordinates all temporarily assigned project staff.
Candidate Profile:
Deep professional know-how and experience in one Sub Job Family. Masters domain and transfers and apply know-how to/in various contexts. Solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence. Demonstrated process improvements and approaches.
Ideal Experience:
Proven manufacturing project management experience. 10 plus years of progressively increasing responsibility.
Location:
Newark, Delaware – hybrid, on-site presence (/= 40%) required.
The base pay range for this position is:
$117,770 - $161,931
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
