The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid ability to negotiate and document leasing transactions for landlords and tenants, possess excellent communication skills, and be detail-oriented.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with superior organizational skills, capable of managing multiple assignments effectively.

Duties Negotiate and document leasing transactions for landlords and tenants.

Provide legal counsel on various real estate matters, including lease agreements and amendments.

Draft, review, and revise lease agreements and other actual estate-related documents.

Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure successful transaction outcomes.

Advise clients on legal risks and strategies related to real estate transactions.

Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant real estate laws and regulations.

Manage and prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines.

Requirements 5+ years of real estate transactional experience, with a strong emphasis on leasing.

Proven ability to negotiate and document complex leasing transactions.
