Hospitality first. Lillian’s Petite Market & Eatery is looking for experienced, hospitality-minded Servers to join our team.
We’re a neighborhood restaurant, market, and coffee shop on Charleston’s West Side built around thoughtful food, genuine hospitality, and a strong sense of community. We care deeply about the experience we create for our guests—and just as much about the team that makes it possible.
Our servers are more than order takers. They are hosts, guides, teammates, and an important part of the experience at Lillian’s.

You’re interested in learning about food, wine, cocktails, and hospitality.
Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
Previous serving experience is strongly preferred.
We want people who are interested in becoming stronger hospitality professionals—not simply picking up shifts.
