Weekend PRN Front Desk Receptionist

Receptionist Givens Aldersgate is looking for a PRN Receptionist who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to residents and visitors. In this role you will be responsible for greeting residents and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and maintain a congenial environment for residents, family members, visitors, and staff.

Weekdays: 8 am 4 pm

Weekends: 9 am 6 pm

Greet, identify and direct all visitors to proper departments, resident accommodation, etc.

Serve as an information resource person to visitors, staff and residents, answering or routing questions to appropriate departments, explaining procedures, etc.

Answer, screen and transfer telephone calls.

Keep reception desk and lobby area neat and orderly in order to provide a positive impression on those passing through the area.

Compensation: $15 - $17.50 per hour based on background and experience

It's kind of a long story, but at our core, we're a senior housing organization with a lot of heart and committed to providing housing to seniors of all socioeconomic backgrounds across WNC for more than 50 years. We already have five communities (three life plan communities and two affordable communities) with plans for many more in the coming years.
