Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, within a Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care by following established nursing care plans. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day to perform duties effectively and in compliance with organizational standards.

Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification prior to first shift, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification prior to first shift (CIRH only), minimum two (2) years bedside clinical experience

Additional Information: The RN will perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, develop individualized care plans, and participate in patient education and discharge planning. The role includes supervision of ancillary staff, participation in team activities, and ensuring safety and quality care in accordance with hospital policies. The RN is expected to seek ongoing professional development and contribute positively to the clinical team.
