Head of Sales Management

Sales Manager - Diagnostics & Life Sciences | USA I’m currently working with an innovative life sciences and diagnostics business that is looking to add an experienced Sales Manager to its US commercial team.
The company develops advanced technologies used across diagnostics, life science research and single-cell applications, working with customers from R&D through to commercial manufacturing.
The role will focus on growing the business across the Northeast and Midwest, developing new accounts and managing relationships with laboratories, research organisations and industry partners.
What they’re looking for: 3-5+ years’ experience in biotech, diagnostics or life sciences sales/applications
Strong understanding of diagnostic technologies and laboratory workflows
Proven track record of developing new business and managing customer relationships
Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working independently in a territory-based role
Willingness to travel extensively across the territory
