Job Type: Full-Time $18/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm
We are seeking a Construction Purchaser to join our growing team and play a key role in keeping our projects supplied, on schedule, and on budget. If you excel at sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and coordinating deliveries in a fast-paced construction environment, we want to meet you.
Source & purchase materials for residential projects
Negotiate contracts , terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
Track orders and deliveries to ensure timely arrival at job sites
Maintain accurate purchase orders, invoices, and procurement records
Collaborate with project management to forecast material needs and adjust orders
Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment
