As a Direct Support Professional , you'll provide compassionate, person-centered support that promotes independence, safety, and quality of life for individuals receiving services.

Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation

Encourage independence while supporting each individual's personal goals and preferences

Monitor and report changes in residents' health, behaviors, or overall well-being

Assist with transportation to appointments, community outings, and activities

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and team members to provide comprehensive support

Provide dependable coverage across programs and shifts based on staffing needs

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Previous experience in medical, caregiving, healthcare, DSP, CNA, PCA, or related fields preferred but not required

Ability to adapt to different schedules, environments, and resident needs
