Role Summary
The Mitigation Project Manager oversees water, mold, and specialty mitigation projects from setup through completion, ensuring proper execution, documentation, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Manage mitigation jobs from start to finish

Supervise mitigation technicians and laborers

Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company SOPs

Monitor job timelines, labor, and equipment usage

Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams

Review documentation and job quality prior to close-out

Qualifications

3-5 years mitigation project management experience

Strong knowledge of IICRC S500/S520 standards

Leadership and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple active losses
