Wok Line Cook
As a Wok Line Cook, you bring the energy and technique of the wok to life in the Din Tai Fung (DTF) kitchen. In this role, you are responsible for preparing wok dishes according to Din Tai Fung's recipes, cook times, techniques, and plating standards, ensuring each dish delivers the flavor, quality, and consistency our guests expect. You'll check ingredient quality, cook and finish dishes with the proper garnishes, and maintain a clean, organized wok station throughout service. Din Tai Fung is a globally celebrated, family-owned restaurant brand founded in 1972 and internationally renowned for its iconic Xiao Long Bao. DTF is Michelin-recognized and admired for its uncompromising quality, authentic flavors, and warm, gracious hospitality. PAY RATE FOR WOK LINE COOK: $24.50 per hour
