Fulltime - HR Generalist

Job Title: Corporate HR Generalist

Location: Chambersburg, PA

Pay Rate: $70K to $75K

Duration: Full Time

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The Corporate HR Generalist safely performs position specific responsibilities in line with core values to ensure high level of productivity, quality, and internal and external customer service while adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures. Works directly with the Human Resources Manager on HR Help Desk, policy interpretation, employee relations, divisional manager support, unemployment claims, divisional recruiting, invoicing, and other HR related duties.

• Monitor and manage all incoming HR Help Desk emails, serving as subject matter expert on all policies and procedures.
• Recruiting for all assigned divisional openings - Primary responsibility - 9-20 openings at a time.
• Process all unemployment claims in a timely and accurate manner (Direct liaison with Equifax on unemployment matters).
• Coordinates and maintains all employee engagement programs and services onsite at division with management.
• Processing of all invoices including coding and indexing in the OnBase system.
• Enter documents into employee files through UKG Document Manager as needed.
• Monitor UKG People Assist.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent and
• 2-5 years of human resources administration and/or recruiting experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• PHR, SHRM-CP or other HR related certifications preferred.
• Setting: Office.
• Travel Time: 20% (visit Connecticut site every 6-8 weeks for a week at a time).

• Approximately 20% travel.
• The employee will be based onsite in Chambersburg, PA every day.
• They will need to travel to the Milford, CT location every 6-8 weeks.
• Each trip will last about one week.
• Travel expenses are paid by the company.
