Job Description
Registered Nurse - MS/Tele
Schedule
Day 4x12-Hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00), Every Other Weekend coverage required.
Assignment Details
Float required to sister units as needed.
Requirements

• 1 year of experience required
• Must be a Registered Nurse
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• EPIC experience required
• Local candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• First-time travelers are accepted

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to assigned patients
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care
Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and medications
Document patient care and responses in the electronic medical record
