What You’ll Do

Connect with warm leads and new clients

Use a needs-based approach to explain insurance options

Schedule appointments, identify needs, and market auto, home, life insurance

Follow up and close sales while building long-term relationships

Help the team meet marketing goals

What We’re Looking For

Confident, coachable, and goal-driven

Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Enjoys presenting and talking with people

Sales experience preferred (inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing)

Excited to help people with insurance and financial products

Licenses (Required)

Property & Casualty (P&C) license (must be able to obtain)

Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)

$40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Hourly pay + commission/bonus

Paid time off
