Love being outdoors and staying active? Join the team at Car Spa, Inc.! As a Key Holder , you are responsible for supporting daily operations of the car wash facility, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures, maintaining excellent customer service, and assisting management. Open and close the car wash facility following established procedures
Secure POS, equipment, and property during shifts
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions and concerns
Assist with training and motivating team members
Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance issues promptly
Monitor workflow to maintain efficiency and minimize customer wait times
Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards
Applicants must be 18 years or older
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
Outdoor, active role in all weather conditions
Frequent physical activity is required: bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles.
you must be alert, move safely around moving cars, and be able to step up into and down out of vehicles.
