Nurse (Health Care)

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a pivotal role in delivering patient-centered care while adhering to the highest standards of nursing practice. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Key Responsibilities

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and institutional standards.

Collaborative Care: Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, including physicians, other nurses, therapists, and support staff, to provide comprehensive care.

Safety: Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients by monitoring vital signs, identifying potential risks, and responding to emergencies as needed.

Compassion: Show empathy and respect to patients and their families, offering emotional support during challenging times.

Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and accreditation standards, including HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital policies.

Qualifications

Current and valid RN license in [State/Region]

Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)

CPR/BLS certification
