Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA)

Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is also (or eligible to become) a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Georgia. You’ll serve as the clinical lead across one or more of our therapy sites, overseeing treatment plans, supervising RBTs and LaBAs, and collaborating with families and educators. Supervise and train RBTs and LaBAs, maintaining required documentation of supervision hours

Provide direct parent and caregiver training sessions (CPT View phone number on click.appcast.io)

Monitor client progress using data-driven decision making and evidence-based practices

Requirements Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience providing ABA services (preferred: early intervention / natural environment settings)

Strong leadership, communication, and data-analysis skills

Must pass Georgia DECAL fingerprint background check (for working within childcare environments)
