Learn and apply welding techniques while following established quality standards.

Assist in the assembly and fabrication of components, subassemblies, and finished products.

Operate welding equipment, grinders, hand tools, and other production equipment in a safe manner.

Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, positioning, clamping, and tack welding parts.

Inspect completed welds and products for quality and workmanship.

Rotate between workstations to gain exposure to different manufacturing processes.

Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Participate in training programs and demonstrate continuous improvement in welding skills and product knowledge.

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn welding and manufacturing processes.

Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Willingness to learn and accept coaching.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Must be 18 years old

High School diploma, GED, or currently pursuing completion
