Job Category: Skilled Labor - Trades
Responsibilities Perform oil changes, tire rotations, tire balancing, filter changes, and battery testing only.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
Redirect needed repairs or maintenance items to the main shop for completion by flat‑rate technicians.
Make accurate use of the multi‑point inspection form on each vehicle.
Ensure customer vehicles are returned in the same condition or better than when brought in.
Ensure customers' cars are kept clean and notify the service advisor immediately of any changes affecting appearance or condition.
Check tire pressure and add air if needed.
Keep the shop area neat and clean.
Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
Report any safety‑related issues immediately to management.
Participate in manufacturer‑sponsored training, programs, and schools.
Continuously expand knowledge of new technologies and practices.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications Previous experience highly preferred.
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
At least eighteen years of age.
Valid driver’s license.
Basic tools.
