About The Guest Relations Manager Position
We’re searching for a Guest Relations Manager capable of ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure.

Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements.

Seek verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and respond to all guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintain close contact with guests for feedback, complaints and compliments - and follow it up.

Manage, record and resolve guest or customer complaints promptly.

Keep other operating departments in the loop with important guest‑relations matters - from Food & Beverage and Maintenance to Housekeeping and Front Office.

Managerial experience working in a customer‑service function.
