Head of management hr

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations, employee relations, safety programs, and administrative functions across our organization. Human Resources Leadership
Advise managers and leadership on employee relations, performance management, workers’ compensation, and safety.
Manage FMLA, ADA, Workers’ Comp, and leave processes.
Support OSHA compliance, safety training, and incident reporting processes.
Manage Kronos timekeeping issues and oversee required documentation such as EDD and garnishments.
Lead HR projects and support policy updates.

Administrative & Office Operations
Process customer COI requests.
Manage annual licenses, permits, and office supply inventory across locations.
Maintain SharePoint forms and corporate office recordkeeping.
3+ years of HR experience (management experience preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with safety/risk management and complex ER investigations.
• Proficient in MS Office; Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
