About Glow At Glow, we believe that insurance can provide peace of mind to small business owners so they can pursue their dreams. We are building a digital insurance platform that ensures small businesses have the right coverage for all their insurance needs at the lowest cost, not just when they purchase, but every year. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join us as we ramp up our hiring efforts. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in helping us hire for key roles by identifying and engaging with candidates, guiding them through the interview process, and working collaboratively with Hiring Managers and the broader Recruiting team.
Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates across multiple functions
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet rapid hiring needs
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements
Meet and exceed hiring goals and time-to-fill targets
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize recruiting efficiency
Track recruiting metrics and report on progress regularly
Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced or high-growth environments
Versatile: Comfortable recruiting for various functions
Strong sourcing and outreach skills; Organized: Able to juggle multiple roles, pipelines, and stakeholders without missing a beat
Excellent communicator who partners well with hiring managers and teammates
Track record of meeting hiring targets and delivering quality hires
Direct impact on building a great team and culture
