Talent Acquisition Specialist

Cambridge Financial Network is one of the fastest-growing transformation companies in the financial advice industry, and we are looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to help expand our recruiting efforts and execute on aggressive hiring initiatives. You will work directly with the founder and senior leadership inside a fast-paced, high-accountability culture focused on growth, leadership, and transformation. This is not a slow-moving corporate recruiting role where you fill one position every few months. We are looking for someone who has operated in fast-paced recruiting environments with goals, metrics, standards, and expectations. Someone who knows how to identify talent, create momentum, follow process, and drive results. Responsibilities Recruit and identify high-potential talent Conduct candidate interviews and screenings Execute on company hiring initiatives and recruiting campaigns Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, databases, and additional recruiting platforms Manage recruiting pipelines and candidate follow-up Collaborate with leadership on recruiting strategy and hiring priorities Help create an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process Operate with urgency, professionalism, and accountability daily Requirements Minimum 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Experience operating in fast-paced recruiting environments with hiring goals, metrics, or quotas Strong communication and interpersonal skills High energy with strong organizational ability Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously Strong follow-up and execution skills This is a full-time, in-office position based in Braintree, MA Preferred Experience Agency recruiting or staffing experience Sales recruiting experience High-volume recruiting environments Recruiting through LinkedIn and social platforms Experience identifying entrepreneurial or sales-oriented talent What Makes This Opportunity Different At Rise North Capital, recruiting is not viewed as an administrative function.
