We are seeking caring and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility, Cedar Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, in Clemmons, NC. As a CNA at Cedar Hills, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, providing high-quality care and support in a positive and inclusive work environment.

Access to daily pay

• Excellent training
• 12-hour shifts
• Hiring for full-time and PRN positions

Tend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating

• Take and record patient vital signs, lift, move, and transport residents using proper body mechanics
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nurse management
• Communicate and interact effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff
• Current Nursing Assistant certification from NC
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Customer service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure
