In this essential role, you'll be responsible for accurately measuring, weighing, and mixing raw materials according to production formulas to ensure high-quality products are made safely and efficiently. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a key role in our production process.Previous experience in manufacturing, batching, mixing, or production is a plus.Ability to accurately measure and follow formulas, recipes, or production specifications.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Comfortable standing, bending, and working throughout an entire shift.Experience operating industrial mixers, scales, or batching equipment.Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, or quality control procedures.Forklift experience or certification is a plus.Previous experience in a food manufacturing, chemical, or industrial production environment.Preferred Education and Experience:High school diploma or GED preferred.Previous batching, mixing, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.Must follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and production standards.Ability to read and understand production orders and batch sheets.Maintain a clean and organized work area while ensuring accurate production records.Ready to be part of a team that takes pride in producing quality products?
