PRN Advanced Practice Provider Primary Care

Job Overview Marathon Health is a leading advanced primary care provider delivering value‑based care through onsite, near‑site, and virtual health centers. We focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and patient wellness while reducing administrative burden for providers.

Responsibilities Provide primary care to patients, including preventive, routine wellness, and acute visits

Use clinical resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD to inform care decisions

Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records

Qualifications Active state license and current board certification (ANCC or AANP for Nurse Practitioners; NCCPA for Physician Associates)

Experience in family practice, including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits

Pay $65.00–$75.00 per hour, variable with geography, experience, and skill level.
