A Day in the Life As a Caregiver, you are one of the main support providers for our residents and play a vital role in helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Caregivers provide hands‑on support to residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care neighborhoods while building meaningful relationships through compassionate care and daily interaction.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, working as part of a team, and making a difference every day.
Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Support resident care plans and individualized needs

Observe and report changes in resident condition

Document care and services provided

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Work collaboratively with nursing staff and community leadership

Help create meaningful experiences for residents each day

Qualifications Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or senior living experience preferred

Assisted living or memory care experience a plus

Passion for serving seniors and enhancing quality of life

Enjoys building relationships with seniors

Takes pride in providing exceptional care

Brings energy, patience, and reliability to every shift
