We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring janitorial and cleaning staff to meet our company’s operational needs. Recruitment & Sourcing: Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and background checks to assess candidates’ qualifications and work ethic.
Create and manage job postings across various platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
Client & Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placement of employees.
Maintain accurate records of applicants, hiring decisions, and compliance with labor laws.
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources, preferably in the janitorial, facilities management, or service industry.
