Part-Time Field Recruiter

This role focuses on community-based recruiting efforts to attract and hire School Crossing Guards throughout Fairfax County. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable building relationships within the community.
Recruit and hire School Crossing Guards throughout Fairfax County.
Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, senior centers, local businesses, and other outreach partners to support recruiting efforts.
Conduct in-person recruiting activities within the community to attract qualified candidates.
Assist with hiring events, job fairs, outreach campaigns, and other recruiting initiatives.
Maintain accurate recruiting records and document community outreach efforts within company systems.
Support recruiting efforts across multiple advertising and outreach platforms, including local organizations, online postings, and community partnerships.
Assist with answering the National Recruiting phone line and responding to applicant inquiries.
Complete required administrative paperwork and recruiting documentation in a timely manner.
Work closely with the National Recruiting Manager and Operations teams to support staffing needs across programs.
Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and operational manuals.
Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple recruiting priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
Previous recruiting, customer service, community outreach, staffing, or sales experience preferred.
Bilingual preferred.
20.00$21.00 per hour, based on experience.

• Approximately 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
• Mileage reimbursement provided.
