Day Shift Staff Composition:

1 Charge Nurse
3 Registered Nurses (RNs)
2 Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
1 to 3 Sitters

Night Shift Patient Ratios: 1:1
General Information
Type of Equipment: DaVinci Robotics SI, XI and Mako
Electronic Medical Records: Meditech / CPN
Qualifications
Minimum Required Skills:
At least 1 year of current acute care OR RN hospital experience
BLS & ACLS certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with DaVinci Robotics
Background in orthopedics, neurology, and vascular surgery
Prior experience with Meditech

Work Schedule
Flexible scheduling options are available, including:

4-10 hour shifts
3-12 hour shifts

Expectation includes working one late night per week, one 8-hour Saturday every 4th week, and one 8-hour call shift per month on either Saturday or Sunday, with a requirement of a 30-minute response time.
