FULL TIME Associate Attorney

Associate Immigration Attorney – Houston, TX Sebastian Simon Law Group, PLLC is seeking a full-time Associate Immigration Attorney to join our Houston office.
We are looking for an attorney with immigration law experience who is comfortable handling a broad range of immigration matters and working directly with clients.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and able to independently communicate with Spanish-speaking clients, conduct case preparation, attend USCIS interviews, and represent clients in immigration court without requiring an interpreter or additional staff member.
Compensation & Benefits: $90,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience
401(k) eligibility after six months
Two weeks paid vacation
Full-time, in-office position in Houston
This position offers the opportunity to take meaningful responsibility for cases, work directly with clients, and grow within an established immigration practice handling both USCIS and removal-defense matters.
