The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Onalaska, WI, responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives across Courtesy Corporation’s McDonald’s locations. This role includes developing local and regional marketing campaigns, managing promotional calendars, and coordinating with restaurant leadership to drive traffic and sales. The Marketing Manager will analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance data to refine strategies and support brand positioning in each community. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing social and traditional media efforts, managing agency and vendor relationships, and ensuring consistency with McDonald’s brand guidelines. The individual in this role will also support community engagement programs, sponsorships, and events that strengthen customer loyalty and enhance the guest experience.

Experience in marketing strategy and campaign development, including local store marketing and brand positioning.

Skills in digital and social media marketing, content development, and basic analytics for performance tracking.

Ability to manage projects, budgets, and timelines while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Demonstrated capability to use data and customer insights to inform decisions and optimize marketing initiatives.

Proven experience in a fast-paced retail, restaurant, or service environment is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Comfort with on-site work, regular travel to regional restaurant locations, and occasional evening or weekend events.
