JOB PURPOSE
To recruit students by traveling to events, churches, schools, and ministries with high concentrations of prospective residential.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Recruit Residential Students Meet residential student enrollment goals. Work alongside the part-time Admissions Representative teams by intervening in key points of the residential student funnels. Develop intentional and creative ways to build relationships with prospective residential students from the beginning to the end of the process. Travel Develop pipelines of residential students regionally and nationally. Make connections with leaders at Christian schools, churches, and parachurch ministries with high concentrations of prospective residential students. Plan visits to those pockets of prospective residential students. Coordinate recruiting strategies with cohort leaders at Midwestern Seminary and Spurgeon College. Schedule and coordinate large group campus visits with ministry groups, classes, etc. from those places with high concentrations of prospective residential students. Recruit at standard Midwestern Seminary and Spurgeon College sponsored events approximately 2-3 times per month. Attend and recruit at major conferences such as TGC and SBC. Assist with General Admissions Tasks Support the Admissions team during events such as Preview Day and conferences. Help plan and execute key Admissions projects.QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Include, but not limited to: Christian with high integrity, actively pursuing a relationship with God Preferred Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in theological education. Part-time or full-time experience in higher education, customer service, sales, and/or an office setting. Able to multi-task, analyze workload, and prioritize as necessary for the benefit of the department Must possess a strong attention to detail Able to take the initiative to complete the duties of the position without the need of direct supervision. Able to learn and utilize new skills and information to improve job performance and efficiency. Must be able to work independently, as well as a part of a team Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must possess a positive attitude Must be able to show a desire and willingness to learn Must be able to pass background screening, including driving record Eligible to work in the United StatesBENEFIT PACKAGE

WORKING CONDITIONS
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm Travel as needed to conferences and events during a variety of days and times.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
