Certified Mobile Notary Service has open contract positions for mobile notary signing agents serving Layton, Utah. Company website
As a notary signing agent in Layton, you will meet borrowers at their home, office, or a public location, or connect with them remotely, to notarize mortgage loan documents. Assignments include refinances, purchases, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and seller packages. You will make sure every document is signed, dated, and notarized correctly so the loan can close on time.
Conduct mobile and remote notarization of mortgage loan documents for clients in Layton and surrounding areas.
Accurately complete notarial certificates and keep a complete notary journal and log.
Return signed loan packages to the lender, title, or escrow company by the required deadline.
Ensure compliance with Utah and federal notary laws and regulations.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive borrower documents.
Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with borrowers and clients.
S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Active Notary Public commission in your state of residence.
Proficient with remote notarization platforms and technology.
Knowledge of mortgage documents and loan signing terminology.
Familiarity with state and federal notary laws and regulations.
High speed internet connection, a reliable computer with a camera and microphone, a printer, a mobile phone, reliable transportation, and a home office set up.
