Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, this role involves implementing individualized care plans, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, and providing high-quality, evidence-based treatment. Implement physical therapy treatment plans as established by the evaluating Physical Therapist.Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional activities focusing on movement, performance, and long-term results.Collaborate with clinic leadership and fellow clinicians to ensure high standards of care.Qualifications and Requirements:Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.Licensure: Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Texas (or eligible for licensure).Compensation and Benefits:Base Salary: $30 to $32 per hour (commensurate with clinical experience).Incentive Pay: Optional performance-based compensation structure available for accommodating additional patient volume.Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.Retirement: 401(k) program with company match.Schedule: Flexible scheduling options available to accommodate both full-time and part-time staff.Professional Therapy Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
