Dental Office Receptionist (Full-Time)

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our orthodontic office !
Excellent communication and customer service skills? Previous receptionist experience in the medical/dental field is preferred? Answering phone calls and assisting with inquiries
Maintain and update patient records in the office management system
Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and organizing documents
Communicate with orthodontist, assistants, and other team members to ensure smooth office operations
One Saturday (8am-12pm) every 8 weeks (not in the summer).
High school diploma or equivalent required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
